Water Conditioning

The concentration of calcium and magnesium salts in water creates hardness. Water softening systems are employed to reduce hardness from water.

We can assist you with advice, site time or spares to maintain or upgrade your softening system.

Specially manufactured polymer beads used in the ion exchange process to remove dissolved salts & heavy metals from water.

The submersible membrane bioreactor process (MBR) is a combination of wastewater treatment and PVDF membrane filtration. Anoxic, anaerobic & aerobic tank cells

pre-treat the water feeding the MBR process.

Our containerised MBR pilot plant system allows us to scientifically test your concept.

Process Water

High quality, low conductivity process water systems deliver results automatically and consistently irrespective of the feed waters source.

We manufacture small and large  systems to suit every volume & budget requirement. 

If required operating control panels can be upgraded to integrate with existing site BMS platforms.

Self Cleaning 

Automatically removing large volumes of particles from the feed water assists conventional low micron downstream consumable filters. Plunging and scraping paddles are timed to remove heavy solids from the filters surface. These solids are purged to a collector.

These robust filter devices require minimal operator input.

Ultraviolet Reactors

Ultraviolet light disinfection reactors inactivate microorganisms, germs, viruses and mould spores in water.

Our U.V. range includes simple compact commercial units to large industrial mainstream systems.

Our Powerful stainless steel UV-C systems are available with 254 or 185nm lamps. Single and multi lamp units are available to suit all budget requirements.
